We went for dinner in a Finnish restaurant, and they had reindeer, moose and even bear! So we tried bear and moose. The bear tastes like Sauerbraten (Google translate says it’s “braised beef” in English..) and the moose tastes like deer.. It wasn’t worth buying everyday but it was surely good! At least I have tried it now.
